采用了X射线和透射电镜对WC-Co硬质合金中粘结相的相变进行了研究.随着750℃温度下保温时间的延长,不断发生面心立方钴向六方钴的马氏体相变.在试样上加载脉动压应力能够促进相变的发生.在750℃进行时效能够改变钴相的马氏体形貌.
X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the phase transition of the binder phase in WC-Co cemented carbide.With the holding time of 750 ℃, the growth of face-centered cubic cobalt to hexagonal cobalt martensite The loading of pulsating compressive stress on the specimen can promote the phase transformation.The aging at 750 ℃ can change the martensite morphology of the cobalt phase.
