本文从进出境动植检的实践经验、当前和未来的发展目标,结合科学发展观的内涵要素,论述了科学发展观在动植检工作理论和实践中的重要作用;分析了动植检发展目标与科学发展观内涵的对应关系,阐明了科学发展观是中国特色动植检的指导方针。
This paper discusses the important role of Scientific Outlook on Development in the theory and practice of animal and plant quarantine from the practical experience of import and export phytosanitary and the current and future development goals and the connotation elements of the scientific concept of development. Goals and the connotation of the scientific concept of development corresponding to clarify the concept of scientific development is the guideline of animal and plant inspection with Chinese characteristics.
