移动终端定位技术是一种非常适用于高速公路实时交通信息采集的技术手段。本文分析了移动通讯数据应用于公路交通中所涉及到的数据源获取与数据源质量控制、移动网络覆盖与道路交通网络匹配、基于手机信令数据的出行链分析、通行状况发布路段划分、通行状况阈值判定、海量移动对象动态管理与查询等六项关键技术。随后说明了评估其应用效果的方法,并以浙江公路为例介绍了应用效果评估结果。结果表明了移动通讯数据应用于公路实时交通信息采集中的有效性,该技术的应用能为交通管理部门制定应急方案提供科学的依据和决策支持。
Mobile terminal positioning technology is a very suitable technical means for real-time traffic information collection of expressways. This paper analyzes the data source acquisition and data source quality control of mobile communication data used in highway traffic, the matching of mobile network coverage and road traffic network, the analysis of travel chain based on mobile phone signaling data, the distribution of road segments according to traffic conditions, Condition threshold judgment, massive mobile object dynamic management and query six key technologies. Then, the method of evaluating its application effect is described. The result of appraisal of application effect is introduced by taking Zhejiang Highway as an example. The results show that the application of mobile communication data to real-time traffic information collection in highway is effective. The application of this technology can provide scientific basis and decision-making support for traffic management department to formulate contingency plans.
