The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the basic political system of our country. To uphold and perfect this system is an important part of implementing and practicing the proposal of building a socialist political civilization under the CPC’s 16th National Congress. The self-construction status of the democratic parties affects the level of multi-party cooperation and political consultation. As the service agencies and work hubs for the operation of the party, the democratic parties have great influence on the performance of the democratic parties because of the quality of their working conditions, the pros and cons of their work efficiency and their own qualities. In 2003, the Democratic Revolutionary Fujian Provincial Committee conducted a survey on the status of provincial-level democratic parties in our province. We have learned that over the years, the CPC committees at all levels have shown great concern and support for the democratic parties
