传统挣值管理能够评价项目的成本和进度管理的绩效,目前基于工时标准的改进挣值管理方法虽然能够在经济波动的环境下更真实地反映项目执行效率的情况,但没有考虑到不同级别的人力资源每个工时成本的不同。基于此,提出了一种基于归一化工时标准的改进挣值法,对不同类型的资源进行归一化处理,从而得到统一标准的工时,再以工时为单位进行挣值管理。以软件开发项目为案例,对提出的改进挣值管理方法进行了具体应用。
Traditional EVM can evaluate the project cost and the performance of schedule management. At present, EVM based on time standard can not reflect project execution efficiency more effectively under the condition of economic fluctuation, but it does not take into account different levels of Human resources cost per working hour is different. Based on this, an improved earned value method based on normalized chemical industry standards was proposed to normalize the different types of resources to obtain uniform standard working hours, and then to make earning management in terms of working hours. Taking software development project as a case, this paper makes concrete application of the improved method of earned value management.
