以目前中国本土图书馆的基本格局、竞争变化趋势和图书馆的应对策略为研究基点,详细阐述了我国图书馆的现状和变化趋势以及如何应对市场挑战,在应对策略中,提出“管理信息化、运作规范化、决策透明化、业务国际化、服务品牌化和客户全球化”的发展战略目标,分析了其内涵和我国图书馆所存在的问题,运用实证寻找出国内外图书馆的差距。研究结果意在对我国图书馆的规模、人才战略、业务拓展、经营战略、资源管理政策等方面确立发展愿景思路,实施所提出的战略目标。
Taking the current basic situation of Chinese local libraries, the changing trend of competition and the countermeasures of libraries as the starting point, this paper elaborates the status quo and changing trend of libraries in our country and how to deal with market challenges. In the coping strategies, Standardization of operation, transparency of decision-making, internationalization of services, service branding and customer globalization, "analyzed its connotation and problems existing in our country’s libraries, and used empirical evidence to find out the gaps between domestic and foreign libraries. The results of the study are intended to establish the vision of development vision for the scale, talent strategy, business development, business strategy and resource management policy of our country’s library and implement the proposed strategic goals.
