随着经济环境的变化,营销理论水平的进一步提高,营销理论已经逐步成为新世纪我们的主要营销观念。所谓顾客价值论就是以顾客终身价值为立足点,进一步提高和发展企业的一种营销心理策略,它能够使企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续发展。正因如此,笔者认为相关企业应当以顾客价值论的基础,全面实施营销心理策略。
With the change of economic environment and further improvement of marketing theory, marketing theory has gradually become our main marketing concept in the new century. The so-called customer value theory is based on the customer lifetime value as a foothold to further improve and develop a marketing strategy of enterprises, which enables enterprises to achieve sustainable development in the fierce market competition. Because of this, I believe that the relevant enterprises should be the basis of customer value theory, the full implementation of marketing psychology strategy.
