江西省吉安市遂川县地处革命摇篮井冈山脚下,总人口56万,每年劳务输出人数达10万人以上,年劳务收入超过8亿元,农民人平劳务经济收入超过1000元。目前共有农村劳动力总数22.5万人,已转移就业总数14万余人。近年来,该县将劳务经济作为主导产业,四轮驱动,坚持畅通渠道与帮扶就业并举,强化培训与鼓励创业并重,成效显著,先后荣获“全国第二批劳务输出示范县”、“全国农村劳动力转移就业工作示范县”等称号,2012年被江西省人民政府表彰为“全省就业先进工作单位”。
Suichuan County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, is located at the foot of the revolutionary cradle of Jinggangshan with a total population of 560,000. The annual output of labor services amounts to over 100,000. The annual labor service income exceeds 800 million yuan and the peasants' average employment service income exceeds 1,000 yuan. There are currently a total of 225,000 rural laborers and a total of more than 140,000 people have been transferred to work. In recent years, the county has taken the labor economy as the leading industry, four-wheel drive, adhere to the smooth channels and help employment simultaneously, strengthen training and encourage entrepreneurship, with remarkable results, has won the “second batch of labor export demonstration counties” “National Rural Workforce Transfer Employment Model County ” and other titles, in 2012 by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government as “the province's employment advanced work unit ”.
