目的探讨Vitapex糊剂在根管充填的疗效。方法对120例患者的154颗患牙随机分2组,两组均用同种牙胶尖进行充填,其中77颗牙用氧化锌丁香油糊剂作为根充糊剂进行根管充填,其余的77颗牙用Vi-tapex糊剂作为根充糊剂进行根管充填,所选择病例均为恰充、根充致密,随访1年。结果氧化锌丁香油糊剂组治愈69颗,治愈率为89.6%,Vitapex糊剂组治愈73颗,治愈率为94.8%。结论 Vitapex糊剂在根管充填中的效果略优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂,可取得较好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Vitapex paste in root canal filling. Methods A total of 154 teeth of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The two groups were filled with the same type of gutta-percha point, of which 77 teeth were treated with root canal filling with zinc oxide and clove oil paste. The remaining 77 teeth with Vi-tapex paste as root filling paste for root canal filling, the selected cases were just filling, root filling density, followed up for 1 year. Results 69 cases were cured with zinc oxide and clove oil paste, the cure rate was 89.6%, and 73 cases were cured with Vitapex paste. The cure rate was 94.8%. Conclusion The effect of Vitapex paste in root canal filling is better than that of zinc oxide clove oil paste, which can achieve better clinical effect.
