目的:观察MMP 9和CD44V 6在正常口腔黏膜、口腔黏膜不典型增生和口腔黏膜鳞癌的不同表达,探讨其表达规律以及异常表达与口腔黏膜癌变、转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测MMP 9和CD44V6在17例正常口腔黏膜、6例口腔黏膜不典型增生和5 2例口腔黏膜鳞癌的表达情况。结果:MMP 9和CD44V6在正常口腔黏膜、不典型增生的阳性表达率明显低于在鳞癌中的阳性表达率;MMP 9和CD44V6为正相关,MMP 9和CD44V6与肿瘤的转移密切相关。结论:MMP 9和CD44V6在口腔黏膜鳞癌的分化和转移过程中起重要作用,MMP 9和CD44V6的共同表达与肿瘤的不良分化和转移密切相关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of MMP 9 and CD44V 6 in normal oral mucosa, dysplasia of oral mucosa and squamous cell carcinoma of the oral mucosa, and to explore the relationship between the expression of MMP 9 and CD44V 6 and the carcinogenesis and metastasis of oral mucosa. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP 9 and CD44V6 in 17 cases of normal oral mucosa, 6 cases of oral dysplasia and 52 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results: The positive rates of MMP 9 and CD44V6 in normal oral mucosa and atypical hyperplasia were significantly lower than those in squamous cell carcinoma. MMP 9 and CD44V6 were positively correlated. MMP 9 and CD44V6 were closely related to tumor metastasis. Conclusion: MMP 9 and CD44V6 play an important role in the differentiation and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The co-expression of MMP 9 and CD44V6 is closely related to the poor differentiation and metastasis of the tumor.
