本文报道福建柏[Fokienia hodginsii(Dunn.)Herry et Thomas.]、重阳木(Bischoffia trifoliata Hook.)、化香(Platycarya strobilaceaSieb.ct Zucc.)和白木乌桕(Sapium japonicum pax et Haffmann)种子的含油量、油的理化性质和脂肪酸组成。气液色谱法分析表明,亚麻酸是它们种子油的主要成分,其含量分别为44.58%、50.23%和31.52%。这些种子油的碘值与折光率相关图证实不含有特殊脂肪酸。富含亚麻酸的这四种林木种子油,碘值为163.27——175.12,属干性油。高的碘值与油脂中亚麻酸、亚油酸这两种不饱和脂肪酸比例高相一致。分析表明,这些种子油可以代替亚麻油。
This paper reports the oil content of seeds of Fokienia hodginsii (Dunn.) Herry et Thomas., Bischoffia trifoliata Hook., Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.ct Zucc. And Sapium japonicum pax et Haffmann , Oil physical and chemical properties and fatty acid composition. Gas-liquid chromatography analysis showed that linolenic acid was the main component of their seed oil, and their contents were 44.58%, 50.23% and 31.52% respectively. The iodine value of these seed oils correlates with the refractive index confirmed to contain no special fatty acids. Linseed acid-rich forest seed oil, iodine value of 163.27--175.12, is a dry oil. High iodine value and fat in linolenic acid, linoleic acid, two kinds of high unsaturated fatty acids consistent. Analysis shows that these seed oils can replace linseed oil.
