参数化设计就是用参数来描述零件尺寸。设计时通过修改特征参数来更改零件的外形,实现尺寸对图形的驱动。渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮是机械传动中常用零件,由于齿形轮廓复杂,其参数化设计困难。通过建立相关表达式,使模型的尺寸和特征参数相互关联,从而精确地生成渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮模型。通过更改表达式中齿轮的特征参数就可以迅速生成新的齿轮,从而实现了渐开线斜齿轮的参数化设计,大大提高了齿轮设计的效率和精度。
Parametric design is to describe the part size with parameters. Design by modifying the characteristic parameters to change the shape of the part, to achieve the size of the graphics driver. Involute helical cylindrical gear is a common part of mechanical transmission, due to the complex profile of the tooth, the parametric design difficulties. The involute helical cylindrical gear model is generated accurately by establishing the relevant expressions that correlate the dimensions of the model with the characteristic parameters. By changing the characteristic parameters of the gear in the expression, a new gear can be quickly generated, which realizes the parametric design of the involute helical gear and greatly improves the efficiency and precision of gear design.
