Circulating fluidized bed(CFB) reactors are preferred in chemistry and energy fields dueto its high uniformity of temperature and excellent mixing behavior of gas and s0lids. In orderto get a better general understanding of CFB flow structures, an advanced statistical methodis applied to extract information of solid fluctuation from three kinds of signal obtained bylocal laser probe measurements. The results show that excellent mixing between solid andgas is happened in the range of local time average solid concentration from 0.04 to 0.4.
