本文介绍了在游泳池型反应堆上补偿P型硅所使用的辐射装置和精确控制反应堆运行功率的一些措施。根据随硅辐照的Al—Co探测片测得的通量表明,实测积分通量与预定值偏差小于2%的可达40%以上,小于5%的约占86%。文中介绍了采用硅的原始电阻率推算方法。
This article describes some of the radiation devices used to compensate for P-type silicon in a pool-type reactor and how to precisely control the reactor operating power. According to the silicon-irradiated Al-Co probe measured flux showed that the measured integral flux deviation of less than 2% of the predetermined value of up to 40%, less than 5% of about 86%. In this paper, the method of estimating the original resistivity of silicon is introduced.
