应用可变模糊集理论对水库移民生产生活水平进行了评价研究。首先,通过构建水库移民生产生活水平评价指标体系与计算指标相对隶属度,建立了可变模糊模式识别评价模型;其次,变换模型参数及指标权重,实现对水库移民生产生活水平的多模型综合评价;再次,计算不同模型的级别特征值,并检验其稳定性,取级别特征值均值作为评价结果,确定水库移民生产生活水平的评价等级。以梁山县东平湖水库移民为例,对可变模糊评价方法的应用进行了分析研究。实例评价结果表明,该方法实用性强、计算结果可靠。
The variable fuzzy sets theory is applied to assess the production and living standards of reservoir resettlers. First of all, a fuzzy fuzzy model recognition evaluation model is established by constructing evaluation index system and relative membership degree of production and living standard of reservoir resettlers. Secondly, the model parameters and index weights are transformed to realize the multi-model comprehensive evaluation of production and living standards of reservoir resettlers Thirdly, the level eigenvalues of different models are calculated and tested for their stability. The mean of the eigenvalues of the eigenvalues is used as the evaluation result to determine the evaluation level of production and living standards of the displaced persons. Taking Dongpinghu Reservoir in Liangshan County as an example, the application of variable fuzzy evaluation method is analyzed. The evaluation results of examples show that the method is practical and reliable.
