摘要目的报道在MR引导经会阴前列腺冷冻消融术的初步经验和试验技术的可行性。方法11例手术禁忌的前列腺癌病人接受经皮MR引导下冷冻消融术(平均年龄72岁;平均Gleason评分:6.45;平均前列腺特异抗原(PSA):6.21ng/mL;T1-2c/N0/M0;平均前列腺体积:36.44mL)。实时MRI下完成徒手探针定位。依据腺体体积,将4～7支冷冻探针插入到前列腺中。
Abstract Objective To report the preliminary experience and experimental techniques of MR-guided perineal prostate cryosurgery. Methods Eleven patients with surgical taboo prostate cancer underwent percutaneous MR-guided cryoablation (mean age 72 years; mean Gleason score: 6.45; mean PSA-PSA: 6.21 ng / mL; T1-2c / N0 / M0 ; Average prostate volume: 36.44 mL). Real-time MRI to complete the freehand probe positioning. Depending on the gland volume, 4 to 7 cryoprobes are inserted into the prostate.
