文化差异是翻译中的障碍与难题。文化差异体现在承载文化的语言上。要在两种语言之间进行翻译,除了通晓两种语言文字外,还必须了解两种文化,深刻理解两种文化之间的差异。法律语言专业性较强,不同法系的法律用语存在着很大的差别。英美法系和中华法系文化不同,其语言的差别亦然。英美法系主要是判例法,但是美国宪法却是法条的形式存在的,本文试从标点符号、词汇和句式到段落的角度着手研究中美宪法法条,可以发现两种不同法律文化的差别,以及在翻译过程中应注意的事项,以找到合适的法条翻译方法。
