在自然隔离状态下,从2001年10月下旬至2002年1月上旬逐日自空中诱集桃蚜(Myzus persicae)的迁飞性有翅蚜共计760头,经室内单头饲养7d,有266头因真菌病害而死亡,其中87.3%死于饲养的前3天.引起有翅蚜死亡的病原菌绝大多数为虫霉,占94.6%.其余为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana).在虫霉引起的死亡中,新蚜虫(?)霉(Pandora neoaphidis)占66.1%,安徽虫瘟霉(Zoophthora anhuiensis)占22.6%,普朗肯虫霉(Entomophthoa planchoniana)占9.7%,弗雷生新接霉(Neozygites fresenii)占1.6%.有2头有翅蚜尸系新蚜虫(?)霉分别与安徽虫瘟霉和弗雷生新接霉的复合感染所致.这些结果是关于蚜虫病原真菌借有翅蚜迁飞而传播的证据.
