目的:研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic Fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)对热射病大鼠模型ET21、VWF、VEGF水平的影响。方法:选择SD大鼠36只随机分为6组,每组个6只,建立热射病大鼠模型后分为模型组、常温组、常温bFGF组、降温组、降温bFGF组,建模后0 h、2 h,比较不同级别生命征、血管功能因子。结果:建模后0 h,模型组Tr、HR、RR、MAP明显高于空白组(P<0.05);建模后2 h,常温bFGF组、降温bFGF组明显低于常温组、降温组,降温组、降温bFGF组明显低于常温组、常温bFGF组(P<0.05)。建模后0 h,模型组ET21、VWF的含量均明显高于空白组,VEGF含量明显低于热空白组(P<0.05);建模后2 h,常温组ET21、VWF明显升高,VEGF明显降低,常温bFGF组、降温组、降温bFGF组ET21、VWF明显降低,VEGF明显升高(P<0.05);降温组、降温bFGF组ET21、VWF明显低于常温组、常温bFGF组,VEGF明显高于常温组、常温bFGF组(P<0.05);常温bFGF组、降温bFGF组ET21、VWF明显低于常温组与降温组,VEGF明显高于常温组与降温组(P<0.05)。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子有助于改善热射病大鼠生命体征,调节血管功能因子含量,提高热射病大鼠预后。
Objective: To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the levels of ET21, VWF and VEGF in the rat model of fever induced by heat. Methods: Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 mice in each group. The rats were divided into model group, normal temperature group, normal temperature bFGF group, cooling group and cooling bFGF group 0 h, 2 h, compare different levels of vital signs, vascular function factor. Results: At 2 h after modeling, the levels of Tr, HR, RR and MAP in model group were significantly higher than those in blank group (P <0.05). At 2 h after modeling, bFGF group and bFGF group were significantly lower than those in normal temperature group, Cooling group, cooling bFGF group was significantly lower than normal temperature group, normal temperature bFGF group (P <0.05). The levels of ET21 and VWF in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group at 0 h after modeling (P <0.05). At 2 h after modeling, the levels of ET21 and VWF in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group (P <0.05). Compared with normal temperature group and normal temperature bFGF group, the expression of VEGF was significantly decreased in the bFGF group, the cooling group and the cooling bFGF group, the ET21 and VWF in the cooling bFGF group were significantly lower Compared with normal temperature group and normal temperature bFGF group (P <0.05), ET21 and VWF in normal temperature bFGF group and cooling bFGF group were significantly lower than those in normal temperature group and cooling group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Basic fibroblast growth factor can help to improve the vital signs, regulate the content of vascular function factors and improve the prognosis of rats with heat-inset disease.
