为模拟计算电喷柴油汽车的燃油消耗量,建立了发动机负荷特性的BP神经网络模型和不同行驶模式下的燃油消耗量模拟模型。通过对模拟值和试验值进行回归,用回归方程对模拟值进行修正。结果表明:将电喷柴油发动机设置为不同的额定功率,6工况循环的燃油消耗量模拟值和试验值最大误差为2.3%;不同载荷、不同挡位等速行驶工况的模拟值和试验值最大误差为3.4%;在6工况循环、空载和满载最高挡等速行驶时,调整电喷柴油发动机的ECU,将发动机额定功率设为247 kW时,其试验燃油消耗量低于196 kW和301 kW两种功率配置的燃油消耗量。
In order to simulate the fuel consumption of EFI diesel vehicles, a BP neural network model of engine load characteristics and a fuel consumption simulation model under different driving modes are established. By regression of the simulated and experimental values, the regression equation is used to correct the simulated value. The results show that: the EFI engine is set to different rated power, the maximum error of simulation value and test value of fuel consumption in 6 working condition cycle is 2.3%; the simulation value and test of constant speed driving condition with different load and different gears The value of the maximum error of 3.4%; 6 operating conditions, no-load and full load at maximum speed constant speed, adjust EFI engine ECU, the engine rated power set to 247 kW, the test fuel consumption less than 196 kW and 301 kW two kinds of power configuration of fuel consumption.
