目的:探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2014年12月-2015年12月我院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者68例,并按照随机平均的原则,将其分为实验组与对照组。对照组患者行常规西医治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医辩证方法进行治疗。治疗结束后,对两组患者的眼底情况进行记录观察,并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过比较发现,实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者,实验组患者最佳视力恢复时间以及出血渗出吸收时间都显著短于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:对糖尿病视网膜病变患者行中西医结合治疗可有效缓解患者的临床症状,治疗效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of diabetic retinopathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with diabetic retinopathy who were admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The patients in the control group underwent routine Western medical treatment. The experimental group was treated with the dialectical method of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the fundus of both groups were recorded and compared, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The best visual acuity recovery time and bleeding exudation absorption time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, P <0.05, with statistical significance . Conclusion: The treatment of diabetic retinopathy in patients with traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with significant therapeutic effect, it is worth in the clinical application.
