我国是世界上最早栽培,加工和饮用茶叶的国家,享有“茶的祖国”之誉。远在秦汉时代,茶叶已成为普遍的饮料,唐代茶师陆羽写的《茶经》,是世界上第一部有关茶叶的专著。目前,中国有十大出口茶,它们是: 功夫红茶:有近300年出口历史,产于黄山山脉的称“祁门功夫”,国际上誉称“祁门香”。为世界三大高香红茶之一,产于云南的为“滇红功夫”,以味浓为特色,产于四川的为“川红功夫”。
China is the first country in the world to cultivate, process and drink tea, and enjoys the reputation of “tea’s motherland.” As far back as the Qin and Han dynasties, tea had become a common beverage. The Tea Sutra written by Lu Yu, a tea teacher of Tang Dynasty, was the first monograph on tea in the world. At present, there are ten major tea exports in China. They are: Kung Fu Tea: It has been exported for nearly 300 years. It is called “Kung Fu Kung Fu” produced in the Huangshan Mountains, and is internationally known as “Xianmen Xiang”. It is one of the world’s three most famous high-flavored black teas. It is produced in Yunnan and is known as “Red Kung Fu”. It is characterized by its strong flavor and is produced in Sichuan as “Kung Kung Kung Fu”.
