利用仿真软件AMESim针对铁路货车120型分配阀的制动执行过程建立模型,在其多级制动的工况下进行仿真。建立货车制动过程中副风缸-制动缸动态特性数学模型,采用Simulink进行编译,并根据其曲线验证该模型的正确性,说明AMESim与Simulink在轨道车辆制动研究方面进行联合仿真的应用可行性。
The simulation software AMESim was used to build a model for the brake implementation process of the railcar type 120 distribution valve and simulate it under multi-stage braking conditions. The mathematical model of the dynamic characteristic of the auxiliary cylinder-brake cylinder in the process of truck braking is established and compiled with Simulink. The correctness of the model is verified according to the curve. The application of AMESim and Simulink in co-simulation of railway vehicle braking research feasibility.
