目的建立HPLC同时测定银花芒果片中绿原酸、芒果苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法采用Waters Sun FireTM C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min?1,检测波长为327 nm(0~10 min,绿原酸),258 nm(10~20 min,芒果苷),283 nm(20~40 min,橙皮苷)。结果绿原酸进样量在0.140~2.516μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为1.2%(n=9);芒果苷进样量在0.042~0.761μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。橙皮苷进样量在0.076~1.361μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.7%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, mangiferin and hesperidin in Yinhua mango slices. Methods A Waters Sun FireTM C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol (A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 It was 327 nm (0-10 min, chlorogenic acid), 258 nm (10-20 min, mangiferin), 283 nm (20-40 min, hesperidin). Results The linearity of chlorogenic acid injection was good (r = 0.999 9, n = 6) with an average recovery of 99.4% and a RSD of 1.2% (n = 9) The linearity ranged from 0.042 to 0.761 μg (r = 0.999 9, n = 6) with an average recovery of 99.9% and a RSD of 1.4% (n = 9). Hesperidin showed good linearity (r = 0.999 8, n = 6) with an average recovery of 99.9% and a RSD of 0.7% (n = 9) in the range of 0.076-1.361 μg. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
