子宫内膜癌是妇女最常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年升高。随着免疫学和分子生物学的发展,基因在子宫内膜癌发生、发展、预后中的作用成为学者们关注的热点。如癌基因(ras、bcl-2、cerbB-2、β-catenin、C-met)、抑癌基因(PTEN、P53、P16、RB)及DNA错配修复基因。这些基因对于阐述子宫内膜癌的发生、发展机制具有重要意义。现就这些基因的研究进展作一综述,以为子宫内膜癌的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。
Endometrial cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, the incidence increased year by year. With the development of immunology and molecular biology, the role of genes in the occurrence, development and prognosis of endometrial cancer has become a hot topic of scholars. Such as oncogenes (ras, bcl-2, cerbB-2, β-catenin, C-met), tumor suppressor genes (PTEN, P53, P16, RB) and DNA mismatch repair genes. These genes are important for elucidating the pathogenesis and development of endometrial cancer. Now on the progress of these genes are reviewed to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
