1991年3月~1995年2月,我们对152例心肌炎住院患儿进行24小时Holter监测,并与常规心电图、B超、心功能检测结果进行了对比观察,现报告如下。 资料与方法:本组男103例,女49例;年龄3~12岁,平均7.5岁。所有患儿均符合1981年全国9省市心肌炎协作组修订的小儿病毒性心肌炎诊断标准。采用美国惠普公司生产的动态心电图仪43420A连续记录24小时动态心电图变化。采用日本光电公司生产Cardiofax 6511型心电图机行常规心电图检查,一般记录10个导联。用美国惠普公司生产的HP77020AC超声系统检测心功能。 结果:根据Holter监测结果,本组有126例患儿出现166次不同程度的心律失常(不包括窦性心律不齐),检出率为82.9%,其中早搏121次,房早67次,室早52次,结早2次,传导阻滞12次,阵发性心动过速12次,室性并行心律3次,结性逸搏3次,逸搏心律3次,室内差异性传导10次,窦房结内
