上海液压件一厂试制生产的YDG-A型带钢跑偏控制单元由GD-Ⅰ型光电检测传感器、DXF-Ⅰ型定向反光板、FDY-Ⅰ型伺服放大器和DYC1型电液伺服阀等四部分组成,适用于带钢生产线跑偏控制,也可用于造纸、塑料、印染、橡胶等部门进行带材跑偏控制。跑偏控制单元的工作原理见图1。光电头射出一束调制光,经反光板反射后被光敏管接收。带材的边缘遮挡一部分反射光,随着带材偏离正常位置,其遮光量也发生变化,使接收光敏管输出一个与遮光量成比例的调制电信
YDG-A type strip deviation control unit trial-produced by Shanghai No.1 Hydraulic Component Factory consists of GD-Ⅰ photoelectricity detection sensor, DXF-Ⅰ directional reflector, FDY-Ⅰ servo amplifier and DYC1 electro-hydraulic servo valve. Part of the composition, suitable for strip production line deviation control, can also be used for paper, plastic, printing and dyeing, rubber and other departments for strip deviation control.
