根据建设工程项目管理理论,结合近几年电力建设工程实践,提出对火电建设工程施工进度控制应从合理的进度控制目标及实施计划,设备、材料及技术文件的及时供应,充足的资源配置和投入,科学的施工方案,系统周密的组织管理和坚强有力的内、外部协调,正确处理进度和安全、质量、效益的关系和最大限度地调动全体人员的积极性等几方面着手。
