近年来,应用血卟啉(HpD)加激光的光动力疗法(PDT)治疗肿瘤,在临床上取得较大的进展.由于激光的穿透组织能力有限,因此,试图在PDT治疗中以穿透力强的X线代替激光照射瘤体以提高PDT疗效.PDT是基于HpD的光敏作用,为此本实验以X线、紫外光、黑光及激光四种不同波长的光源照射在加有HpD的肝癌细胞,观察对肝癌细胞膜所产生的光氧化作用来比较四种光源对HpD所产生的光敏效应.
In recent years, photodynamic therapy (PDT) using hematoporphyrin (HpD) plus laser has been used in the treatment of tumors and has made great progress in clinics. Due to the limited ability of the laser to penetrate the tissues, attempts have been made to penetrate them in PDT treatment. Powerful X-rays are used instead of laser irradiation to enhance the efficacy of PDT. PDT is based on the photosensitizing effect of HpD. For this reason, X-ray, UV, black light and laser light sources with different wavelengths are used to illuminate HpD-bearing liver cancer. The cells were observed for the photooxidation effect on the hepatoma cell membrane to compare the photosensitivity effects of the four light sources on HpD.
