目的采用RP-HPLC法测定小儿复方四维亚铁散中Vit B1、Vit B6和烟酸的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为5μmol.L-1己烷磺酸钠溶液-甲醇(80∶20),检测波长为280 nm。结果 Vit B1、Vit B6和烟酸分离良好,三者的进样量分别为0.0562～0.9000μg、0.0613～0.9808μg、0.7550～12.0800μg时,与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率分别为100.15%、99.85%、99.64%。结论所用方法准确简便、重复性好、回收率高,可用于小儿四维亚铁散中水溶性维生素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Vit B1, Vit B6 and niacin in pediatric compound 4-dimensional iron powder by RP-HPLC. Methods C18 column was used, the mobile phase was 5μmol.L-1 hexanesulfonate solution-methanol (80:20) and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results Vit B1, Vit B6 and nicotinic acid were separated well. The injection volumes of the three drugs were 0.0562 ~ 0.9000μg, 0.0613 ~ 0.9808μg, 0.7550 ~ 12.0800μg, respectively. The average recoveries Respectively 100.15%, 99.85%, 99.64%. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple, good repeatability, high recovery rate, which can be used for the determination of water-soluble vitamins in pediatric four-dimensional ferrous powders.
