背景资料嘉兴发电有限责任公司,目前拥有2台30万千瓦燃煤机组,1995年12月建成投产。1997年度跨入国家电力公司安全文明生产创水平达标企业行列。1999年8月被国家电力公司命名为“一流火力发电厂”。2000年发电量为41.09亿千瓦时。2001年1月~11月,两台机组平均可用小时达7168小时。劳动生产率达72.7万元/人年。综合实力和管理水平居于全国同类型电厂领先水平。嘉兴发电有限责任公司,始终把人力资源开发管理摆在突出的位置,公司主业人员已由建厂初期的585人减至350人。该公司4台60万千瓦机组的二期工程已动工建设,第一台机组计划于2004年投产。公司又提出要从战略高度抓好人力资源的规划与实施工作,制订了二期工程三年生产准备大纲。本文即为总经理傅林江亲自撰写的员工绩效评价的探索文章,可供广大读者参考。
Background Information Jiaxing Power Generation Co., Ltd. currently has two sets of 300,000 kilowatts of coal-fired generating units, which were completed and put into operation in December 1995. In 1997, we entered the ranks of the national power companies with a safe and civilized production level. In August 1999, it was named “First-class Thermal Power Plant” by the State Power Corporation. The power generation in 2000 was 4.109 billion kwh. From January to November 2001, the average time available for the two units reached 7,168 hours. Labor productivity reached 727,000 yuan/person-year. The overall strength and management level are at the leading level of the same type of power plant in the country. Jiaxing Power Generation Co., Ltd. has always put the development and management of human resources in a prominent position. The company’s main business personnel have been reduced from 585 in the early stage of construction to 350 people. The second phase of the company’s four 600,000-kilowatt units has started construction. The first unit is scheduled to be put into production in 2004. The company also proposed to do a good job of planning and implementation of human resources from a strategic perspective, and formulated a three-year production preparation outline for the second phase of the project.
