以高油115玉米作为对照,对微胚乳玉米胚与非胚部位中乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,在玉米子粒发育期间,微胚乳玉米和高油115玉米胚部位和非胚部位单粒乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性均有很大波动,不同微胚乳玉米材料的酶活性变化趋势未见有一致规律,春秋两季玉米的酶活变化趋势也未见有一致规律。玉米子粒中胚与非胚部位乙酰辅酶A羧化酶活性与收获时单粒油脂重之间的相关系数为0.434 8和0.561 6,乙酰辅酶A羧化酶对玉米油脂积累的影响可能不大。
The changes of acetyl-CoA carboxylase activity in germ and non-embryo of micro-endosperm were studied with high oil 115 maize as control. The results showed that during the development of maize grain, single acetyl-Coenzyme A carboxylase activity of micro-endosperm maize and high-oil 115 maize embryos were all fluctuated greatly. The trend of enzyme activities of different micro-endosperm maize materials was not observed There is a consistent law, spring and autumn corn enzyme trends have not seen a consistent trend. The correlation coefficient between acetyl-Coenzyme A carboxylase activity in midgut embryo and non-embryo and grain weight at harvest was 0.434 8 and 0.561 6, respectively. The effect of acetyl-Coenzyme A carboxylase on corn oil accumulation may not be significant.
