目的:研究棉团铁线莲(Clematis hexapetala Pall.)的干燥根及根茎的化学成分。方法:利用溶剂提取、硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等技术进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离得到1个葡萄糖基萘类化合物,鉴定为5,8-二氢-6-甲基萘-1,4-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)。结论:该化合物为一新化合物,丰富了棉团铁线莲的化学成分。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of dried roots and rhizomes of Clematis hexapetala Pall. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: One glucosyl naphthalene compound was isolated therefrom and identified as 5,8-dihydro-6-methylnaphthalene-1,4-di-O-β-D-glucoside (1). Conclusion: This compound is a new compound that enriches the chemical composition of Clematis in cotton.
