1970年4月,我厂搞成了一个小型气体炉,对粉末冶金制品进行渗炭淬火,提高其耐磨性。事实上,气体炉亦是轴承生产中的重要设备。随着套圈毛坯精度和生产率的提高,要求热处理生产率亦相应提高,而工件的脱炭层、贫炭层则要求减少到最低限度。因此目前轴承热处理发展的趋势是液体介质向气体介质发展;间歇生产向连续生产发展。 在发展过程中,热处理工艺指标的可控程度和自动化程度将大大提高,最后反映在轴承使用寿命的提高,一个轴承顶两个使用,这比单纯增产更有重大意义。 我厂的小型气体炉主要供粉末冶金制品渗炭淬火用,又可对小尺寸的精密轴承和航空轴承套圈进行光亮淬火。在脱炭情况下可
