[本刊讯]1989年9月4日,国家统计局向各省、自治区、直辖市统计局和计划单列的省辖市统计局,国务院各部委、各直属机构发出《关于学习、贯彻国务院办公厅转发国家统计局＜关于加强统计工作充分发挥统计监督作用的报告的通知＞的通知》。为切实做好学习、宣传和贯彻落实工作,《通知》就有关问题提出如下意见,要求上述单位参照执行。
[Press Release] On September 4, 1989, the National Bureau of Statistics issued a Circular on the Study and Implementation of the General Office of the State Council to the Statistical Bureau of the Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities directly under the Central Government and the Provincial Bureau of Statistics, the State Council Ministries and the Subordinate Institutions Notice of the National Bureau of Statistics on the Notice of Strengthening the Statistical Work to Give Full Play to Statistical Supervisory Function. In order to conscientiously do a good job of studying, propagandizing and implementing the work, the Circular puts forward the following opinions on the relevant issues and requires the above-mentioned units to refer to them for implementation.
