目的: 探讨凋亡相关基因bak 在人肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤中的表达及其对肿瘤发生的意义. 方法: 应用免疫组织化学的SABC方法,和兔抗人Bak 多克隆抗体,对23例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤(其中良性18例,恶性5例)和10例正常肾上腺组织进行了检测. 结果: Bak 在正常肾上腺髓质中不表达,而在良恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中表达,阳性率分别为89% 和40% . 在良性肿瘤中Bak 表达显著强于恶性肿瘤. 结论: Bak 不同程度地参与了良恶性嗜铬细胞瘤中的凋亡调控,对良恶性嗜铬细胞瘤鉴别诊断的意义有待深入研究.
Objective: To investigate the expression of apoptosis-related gene bak in human adrenal pheochromocytoma and its significance for tumorigenesis. METHODS: Immunohistochemical SABC method and rabbit anti-human Bak polyclonal antibody were used to detect 23 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma (18 cases of benign and 5 cases of malignant) and 10 cases of normal adrenal tissue. Results: Bak was not expressed in normal adrenal medulla but was expressed in benign or malignant pheochromocytoma. The positive rates were 89% and 40%, respectively. Bak expression is significantly stronger than malignant tumors in benign tumors. Conclusion: Bak is involved in the regulation of apoptosis in different grades of benign and malignant pheochromocytoma. The significance of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant pheochromocytoma needs further study.
