一、总体发展情况(一)业务量完成情况与结构分析1.运输生产指标完成情况2006年前三季度全行业运输生产仍保持快速增长的势头,完成运输总周转量221.8亿吨公里,旅客运输量1.19亿人,货邮运输量247.9万吨,分别比去年同期增长16.0%、16.4%和11.8%。三项运输生产指标分别完成年初预期生产指标的75.2%、74.8%和73.8%。与年初预期的增长速度相比,分别增长了3.0%、1.4%和1.8%。从前三季度各月份的同比增长速度看,运输生产增长速度在二季度放慢之后又开始呈现逐步回升的趋势,三季度的各项指标增长速度与二季度相比,除旅客运输量再次下降了0.7%之外,运输总周转量和货邮运输量分别上升了0.5%和1.6%,其中国内航线除货邮运输量上升了0.2%,运输总周转量和旅客运输量分别下降了1.5%和0.6%,国际航线除旅客运输量下降了1.3%,运输总周转量和旅客运输量分别提高了4.8%和6.3%,各月份运输指标的增长速度如表1所示。与2005年1~3季度进行对比

Completion of Transportation and Production Indicators The first three quarters of 2006 saw a rapid growth in transportation and production in the whole industry, with a total transportation volume of 22.18 billion ton-kilometers completed and passenger traffic volume 119 million people, and 2.97 million tons of cargo and mail traffic, up 16.0%, 16.4% and 11.8% respectively over the same period of last year. The three transport production targets completed 75.2%, 74.8% and 73.8% of the expected production targets at the beginning of the year respectively. Compared with the expected growth rate at the beginning of the year, they increased by 3.0%, 1.4% and 1.8% respectively.
