1990年8月28日至9月2日,由中国农业工程学会农业遥感专业委员会组织的全国第三届农业遥感学术讨论会在山西省忻州市召开。来自上海、北京、辽宁、四川、甘肃、西藏、安徽等22个省市自治区的70余人出席了这次会议,其中有陈述彭、刘锡田、方有清、承继成、周用美等八名特邀代表。农业专业委员会主任委员陈德峰致开幕词,总结了1987年以来的工作成绩,分析了农业遥感专业委员会的现状,提出了会议工作的建议。中国科学院学部委员陈述彭教授作了题为
August 28, 1990 to September 2, organized by the China Agricultural Engineering Society of Agricultural Remote Sensing Professional Committee of the Third Agricultural Remote Sensing Symposium was held in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. More than 70 people from 22 provinces and municipalities, including Shanghai, Beijing, Liaoning, Sichuan, Gansu, Tibet and Anhui, attended the meeting. Among them, eight invited representatives represented Peng, Liu Xitian, Fang Youqing, Cheng Ji Cheng and Zhou Yongmei.
