以黄瓜为试材,研究外源水杨酸(0mmol/L、0.5mmol/L、2mmol/L、5mmol/L)对连续弱光条件下黄瓜开花期光合特性的影响,结果表明:不同浓度的水杨酸处理后,降低了黄瓜叶片中叶绿素a含量、叶绿素a/叶绿素b比值、类胡萝卜素的含量、丙二醛含量和暗呼吸速率,而提高了黄瓜叶片总叶绿素含量、最大光合速率、光饱和点、表观量子效率和光补偿点,大幅提高了叶绿素b的含量和总叶绿素/类胡萝卜素的比值,外源水杨酸提高了黄瓜叶片在弱光条件下对光的利用潜力,以2mmol/L和5mmol/L水杨酸处理效果较好。
The effects of exogenous salicylic acid (0 mmol / L, 0.5 mmol / L, 2 mmol / L, 5 mmol / L) on the photosynthetic characteristics of cucumbers under continuous low light conditions were studied using cucumber as test material. Salicylic acid reduced chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll a / chlorophyll b ratio, carotenoid content, MDA content and dark respiration rate in cucumber leaves, but increased total chlorophyll content, maximum photosynthetic rate, Light saturation point, apparent quantum yield and light compensation point significantly increased the content of chlorophyll b and the ratio of total chlorophyll / carotenoid, and the exogenous salicylic acid increased the light utilization potential of cucumber leaves in low light conditions 2mmol / L and 5mmol / L salicylic acid treatment is better.
