随着科技的不断发展,网络技术在人们生活和工作中的应用越来越普遍,在互联网的作用下,社会发生了翻天覆地的变化。基于互联网时代的考虑,企业人力资源管理工作也需要不断地创新,这样才能跟上时代的发展。因此,笔者对互联网时代的人力资源管理新思维展开了讨论,了解互联网时代对人力资源管理所带来的影响,并从互联网时代的角度出发,提出人力资源管理的新思维,促进企业人力资源管理效率的提高,为企业经济效益的增加提供了条件。
With the continuous development of science and technology, the application of network technology in people’s life and work is becoming more and more common. Under the action of the Internet, the society has undergone tremendous changes. Based on the consideration of the Internet age, enterprise human resources management also needs constant innovation, so as to keep up with the development of the times. Therefore, the author discusses the new thinking of human resource management in the Internet age, and understands the impact of the Internet age on human resource management.
