继续教育对音乐教师来说意义重大。一方面它有助于音乐教师接触国内外最新教学动态、教育方法与教学课例,并与音乐教师的教学实践相结合,探索出适宜音乐教学实际的方法与经验;另一方面,继续教育有助于音乐教师间的相互交流、互相补充、相互激励、相互竞争,对音乐教学实际具有最直接的指导意义。因为这种职后教育交流能涉及他们最关注、最熟悉、最切身的实际问题。教师通过互相观摩学习、对教学实践的评价、分析、研究,不断提高教师的实际教学操作水平,同时增加他们的科研能力。因此,职后师资培训的宗旨就在于要让教师接触学习新的思想观念,学习新的教学方法,不断提高教师个人的业务能力。下面我从两个方面对音乐教师继续教育中出现的一些问题进行探讨:一、音乐教师继续教育课程设置1.开设紧跟时代发展的教学课程教师继续教育是在其原有知识基础之上,以提高整体素质为目标,以培养从教能力为重点的教育活动。为解决知识与观念的更新问题,必须保证课程内容的前沿性,把科学总体发展,特别是教师任教学科发展及教育学科发展的新理论,新观点,新方法教给进修教师,使其了解新的科学成果和学科发展趋势,得到先进教育思想的引导。如开展以计算机为主的学习教育技术手段的现代化是整个教育改革发展的重要内容。对我国中小学教师来说,在跨入新世纪时,掌握计算机和相关教育技术是
