目的观察人参皂苷Rg3对非小细胞肺癌术后免疫功能及疲乏情况的影响。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,把120患者随机分为Rg3联合化疗组46例和单纯化疗组44例,并对拒绝化疗的30例患者给予单纯Rg3口服治疗,观察三组治疗前后细胞免疫功能的变化并观察患者疲乏改善情况等。结果免疫功能变化:单纯Rg3组和Rg3联合化疗组治疗前后细胞免疫均有不同程度提高,单纯化疗组却有不同程度降低。疲乏情况的变化:三组患者平均疲乏发生率为68.1%,单纯化疗组治疗后疲乏发生率明显高于治疗前,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(p<0.05);而Rg3联合化疗组与单纯Rg3组治疗后疲乏发生率明显降低,治疗前后比较有统计学意义,说明含Rg3的治疗方案可以明显改善患者的疲劳症状,提高患者的生活质量。结论非小细胞肺癌根治术后应用人参皂苷Rg3可提高免疫功能、减轻化疗引起的疲劳等症状,提高患者的生活质量等。其机制可能与Rg3保护骨髓,减轻肝肾毒性等有关。
Objective To observe the effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on immune function and fatigue in non-small cell lung cancer patients. Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in 120 patients randomly divided into Rg3 combined chemotherapy group of 46 patients and chemotherapy alone group of 44 patients, and refused to chemotherapy in 30 patients given simple Rg3 oral treatment of three groups before and after treatment to observe the cellular immune function Changes and observe the patient’s fatigue to improve the situation. Results The changes of immune function: Before and after treatment, Rg3 group and Rg3 combined chemotherapy group all improved the cellular immunity to some extent, while the chemotherapy alone group reduced to some extent. The change of tiredness: The average incidence of fatigue in the three groups was 68.1%. The incidence of fatigue after treatment in the chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that before treatment and before treatment (p <0.05). However, the combination of Rg3 with chemotherapy alone Rg3 group after treatment, the incidence of fatigue was significantly reduced, before and after treatment was statistically significant, indicating that treatment with Rg3 can significantly improve the patient’s fatigue symptoms and improve patient quality of life. Conclusion The application of ginsenoside Rg3 after radical operation for non-small cell lung cancer can improve the immune function, relieve the symptoms of fatigue caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients. Its mechanism may be related to the protection of bone marrow Rg3, reduce liver and kidney toxicity and so on.
