目的探讨细胞间黏附分子(ICAM)-1和淋巴细胞功能相关抗原(LFA)-1在干燥综合征(SS)的发病机制中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法,3,3-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)显色,对32例不同程度干燥综合征患者唇腺组织和15名正常对照组进行了ICAM-1和LFA-1的检测。结果①ICAM-1和LFA-1在SS组的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。ICAM-1分布广泛,以导管上皮表达最强,其他腺上皮、血管内皮及淋巴细胞浸润区均有表达:LFA-1则主要表达于淋巴细胞浸润区。②ICAM-1及LFA-1在SS的表达随着淋巴细胞浸润程度的加重呈递增趋势。③ICAM-1和LFA-1呈直线相关(r=0.989,P<0.01)。结论上皮细胞在SS中起非专职抗原提呈细胞作用,积极参与了诱导和维持淋区细胞的浸润。
Objective To investigate the role of intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM) -1 and lymphocyte function associated antigen (LFA) -1 in the pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome (SS). Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method and 3,3-diaminobenzidine (DAB) were used to examine the expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in 32 cases of labial glandular tissue and 15 normal control group with varying degrees of Sjogren’s syndrome Detection. Results ① The expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in SS group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). ICAM-1 is widely distributed and expressed most strongly in ductal epithelium. Other epithelial, endothelium-like and lymphocyte infiltrating regions of ICAM-1 are expressed: LFA-1 is mainly expressed in lymphocyte infiltration area. ② The expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in SS increased with the degree of lymphocyte infiltration. ③ ICAM-1 and LFA-1 showed a linear correlation (r = 0.989, P <0.01). Conclusion Epithelial cells play a role as non-specialized antigen-presenting cells in SS and are actively involved in inducing and maintaining the infiltration of lymphocytes.
