Lenke 1型青少年脊柱侧凸是脊柱侧凸最常见的类型。随着三维矫形的进步,特别是椎弓根螺钉的广泛应用,Lenke 1型青少年特发性脊柱侧凸选择性融合的适应标准和末端融合椎的选择策略有了更新的认识,但目前尚无标准化的治疗方案。现就以上内容作一综述。
