利用镦粗、锻造拔长、冷轧3种不同预变形方式的SIMA法制备ZCuSn10铜合金半固态坯料,对3种不同预变形方式的ZCuSn10铜合金在重熔处理过程中的微观组织进行了研究。结果表明,采用锻造拔长、冷轧为预变形的SIMA法制备出的半固态坯料在900℃保温15min能够得到组织均匀性好,晶粒圆整度高的半固态坯料,平均晶粒直径在40~70μm之间。锻造拔长制备的半固态坯料液相析出速度和球化速度较快,冷轧制备的半固态坯料等温重熔平均晶粒直径较小。
ZCuSn10 copper alloy semi-solid billets were prepared by three different pre-deformation methods such as upsetting, forging drawing and cold rolling, and the microstructure of three different pre-deformation ZCuSn10 copper alloys during remelting was studied . The results show that the semisolid billets prepared by forging, cold rolling and pre-deformation SIMA method can obtain semi-solid billet with good homogeneity and high grain roundness after being kept at 900 ℃ for 15 min. The average grain size is 40 ~ 70μm between. The liquid phase precipitation rate and the spheroidization rate of semi-solid billet prepared by forging and drawing are faster, and the average grain size of isothermal remelting of semi-solid billet prepared by cold rolling is smaller.
