从１９９３年８月～１９９５年８月，收治慢性咽喉炎与声带小结、声带息肉患者３１０例，采用中药治疗２３０例，西医治疗组８０例。中药组运用中医四诊八纲，结合咽喉部局部辨证来治疗，取得良好效果。祖国医学对嗓音疾病颇多论述，历代医家曾详细记载了声嘶及咽喉各种疾病证型及治疗方法，但由于历史的局限，对咽喉局部检查和局部辨证长期处于空白。利用现代医学先进的检查手段，直观地发现咽喉部的病变情况，同时结合中医辨证施治，效果较好。本文报道我们收治３１０例嗓音疾病患者的诊治情况，现对一组声带息肉、声带小结、慢性咽喉炎患者进行治疗并随访观察，探讨中药治疗慢性嗓音疾病的机理和临床应用价值。
From August 1993 to August 1995, 310 cases of chronic polyrotalis and vocal nodules were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and 80 cases of western medicine. The use of advanced modern medical examination means that the throat of the lesion found visually, combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation, the effect is better. This article reports on the treatment of 310 patients with voice diseases. We now treat and follow up a group of patients with vocal cord polyps, vocal nodules and chronic pharyngitis, and discuss the mechanism and clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic voice diseases.
