采集辽宁省大连市鲜猪肉78份,选择性培养基分离沙门氏菌,划线纯化后,通过inv A序列对菌株进行鉴定,采用纸片琼脂扩散法(K-B法)检测沙门氏菌对12种抗生素的耐药性。结果共得到15株沙门氏菌,检出率为19.23%。沙门氏菌对各种抗生素的耐药率在0%~73.3%,其中对硫酸庆大霉素的耐药率最高,为73.3%;对其他抗菌药物的耐药率依次是盐酸诺氟沙星(60%)、氟苯尼考、盐酸环丙沙星(53.3%)>阿莫西林(13.3%)>头孢噻吩、头孢噻肟、氨苄西林(6.7%)>头孢曲松、头孢他啶、氨曲南、亚胺培南(0%),共产生10种耐药谱。由此表明,目前大连市开发区的超市和农贸市场受沙门氏菌污染率较高,并且沙门氏菌对各类抗生素表现出了多重耐药谱,应该给予足够的重视。
Seventy-eight samples of fresh pork were collected from Dalian, Liaoning Province. Salmonella isolates were isolated by selective culture medium.
