《军队思想政治工作要则》明确规定 :“疏通和引导 ,是思想政治工作必须坚持的基本方针。”如何贯彻这一疏导方针 ,实施正确的疏导方法。笔者认为 ,就是根据新时期官兵的思想变化特点进行持之以恒地疏通、引导官兵思想认识 ,以提高大家的思想政治觉悟和认识世界、改造世界的能?
