百年古镇黄泥,位于安徽省潜山县南部,距县城27公里是潜山县的南大门,地理位置优越,是潜怀太三县交界的重镇,素有“一脚踏三县,一帆通四海”之称。自古就是商贸古镇,三面环水一面傍山,依托长河通长江的水运优势,黄泥历史上一直是人来舟往的繁荣码头,故称“黄泥港”已有数百年历史,是远近闻名的文化之乡。其中龙坦龙灯是该镇的文化名片,笔者做为灯会的组织者之一参加了龙灯节目的策划工作,结合非物质文化遗产
