1 病例资料男,26岁,未婚.2年前突然出现双足趾端对称性麻木感,逐渐向上蔓延并加重,并出现左眼视物模糊、头晕、下肢无力及全身不适.在当地多家医院的神经科、眼科就诊,诊断为"脑供血不足"等,对症治疗无效.5个月前发展至行走困难,步态不稳,左眼睑下垂,左瞳孔散大.1个月前在当地脑科医院就诊,经地塞米松等试验性治疗,症状未改善.3天前查梅毒快速血浆反应素(RPR)及梅素螺旋体血凝试验(TPHA)均阳性(未定量),考虑为"神经梅毒",遂转来我院.查体:体温37℃,脉搏82
